Neverwinter Extra Life Items

I need help with tracking down the right people regarding the items from the Neverwinter Extra Life stream from last year. Having contact in-game support, they repeatedly told me to email the PWE Community address. However, I never received a response when I did. When I called the PWE customer support phone number, they created a support ticket, which ultimately led to being told again to email the Community email address.

Does anyone know who/what/how I should talk to about getting these items?

Wow, you are just getting around to this?

I emailed pwe.community@perfectworld.com to correct my information last winter. I have no idea if this is still a valid address.

This has been ongoing since January. And that's the email I've been told to message every time.
