Do SH Boons / glyphs only work in SH / PvP

Semi quit game a while ago due to lack of pve content ( plus got to 3k IL which was my goal ) been reading forums about SH bonuses/Items and have no idea if they are purely PvP only ( not in a guild so have no idea )

If you have the boons do they work in general pve heard they can add up to 10 power etc ?.

    Guild boons are always active and available for every member, although their effectiveness is scaled down for lower levels, and idk what its value is deprecated to.

    Well you have both new PVP and PVE gear available in strongholds as well as PVP and PVE boons and they all work outside of your Stronghold.
