charging down?

sorry didnt know where to put this because arc support is down and arc dosnt have its own fourms but please feel free to move this thread where it belongs so what im asking is can anyone charge succesfully through game or through the neverwint site? i get pending for a while then cancled all info is correct and the funds are there so its nothing on my end was able to charge last week but can't now would really like to be able to for this 2x reifnement but cant even send a ticket in since their system is down
