Well, as vip, I hope we can log in and get our key today. If we can't log in today, what about our key. Will we just lose it or will you reimburse us for it ?
Yeah insults dont work with me and that was a terrible one at that. I mean honestly what would brown get me with on the forums of trying to keep a positive outlook so that truly doesn't even warrant the moment of time I took to read it.
Which would you rather have. . .a mistake that is getting fixed as soon as it happens or waiting for it until the next patch? You complain that things dont get fixed and they are. . .Its down which means its being worked on. I dont deny that its frustrating and I'm sitting here watching login going UGHHHH come up already. Just no reason to sit and complain when its not like they can do more -at this moment-. I also agree the bugs on every patch is -annoying- but I'm just saying. . .they see the problem and jumped right on it immediately.. . not much else we can expect.
We could expect working patches, and an announcement about what is going on in game and on the log in screen.
A bug can happen but is nothing you have to expect. Taking the servers down, wthout notificaton and without further information, changing the text 1/2 hour- 1 hour after the servers went down is just bad service.
You couldn't even get into the login screen or got stuck going no where so would you rather have a server not working and them leaving it online or take it down and fix it? I went in there was on for maybe 20 minutes then logged me out. Server still online at this time and it couldn't load my map. . .so did you want to stay online and stare at at the change character screen and wait for them to say is it ok to take server down now? I mean come on

Well, as a VIP I would expect my subscription to be extended for all the period the servers were down. In another game I am supporting, I receive a message at the end of every month saying "server uptime this month: 9x.x%. Your subscription has been extended by x.xh...
Is there a page where we can find out what's going on with the server when things break? Is it too much to ask that Cryptic just gives a little heads up on what's going on?

I was online and playing, when I got disconnected. I was not able to reconnect. I opended the log in window, saw, that the server is offline, went to the forum, serched for a post and an answer.
I had to SEARCH for an answer to their problem. I get a announcement for every stupid mount and whatnot, that someone gets from a lockbox, but they cant write one sentence in game, if they do an emergency shut down? It takes them one hour to update the laucher informatiion?
As I said before mistakes can happen, but are nothing you 'have to expect'. Bad communication is just that, bad.

I'm a UK player, and have tried to log into the game this morning, and the game reported the following before even getting tot he log on screen:
'The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000142). Click OK to close the application'
First time I've seen this particular error.
Cannot get to the logon page to validate the installation. I have now deleted the application completely, but now cannot re-install as the game needs to access the logon screen to install and patch and I receive the same error message.
I'm now getting a bit frustrated. However, I've been looking for a reason to quit the game...
Oh, and I can't even log a support ticket as the support site reports a bad gateway error. Outstanding work!!!
