Update 1:42pm: The servers are back up. Thank you everyone for being patient as we worked to resolve the issue. We're aware of the Auction House issue where you can't start a new posting. If you switch tabs or press Clear, it will solve the issue.

Update 1:03pm: We're almost done. New ETA is 2pm.

Update 11:40am: Still working on it. ETA is 1pm PST.

Update 10:50am: We're still working on a fix. No exact ETA at this point. Sorry for any inconveniences.

Update 10:04am: We had to bring the servers back down to look into a few issues. More updates soon.

Maintenance is complete! We're aware of the chat issues going on.

Update 9:01am: Maintenance is almost complete.

Update 8:05am: Maintenance is going smoothly.

    Something that might help is for people to take a stickynote and write down the time difference between California and their time zone, and post it in an obvious spot...

    Looks like more good stuff going into this patch. I'm absolutely loving the proactive bug fixing and tweaking that's been going on recently.
    I'm also hoping the Wondrous Bazaar transmute gear will get some attention, now that improvements have graced the Zen and Trade Bar shops.

    Playing Epic Demorgon is still bugget on phase 2 and after finish it we couldnt leave the map or even the party, after many tries the game kicked out us from it.

    Time out during login, and cannot enter Dwarven Valley. Just letting you know. Houston, we have a problem.

    Chat broken /cannot interact/cannot change instance /cannot travel /cannot claim /cannot open stuffs/and the list is endless!!!

    Do somthing pls.

    PPL told y the preview patch was broken .

    BTW the loggin is also broken time out time out!

    Loadin screen is also broken it take 10-20 times more to load .

    Can't even login to the game. Go to choose a character -> timeout during login.

    Oh well, when you cant log to a game because of timing out, its a sign to go do laundry.

    my game is bugged too...couldnt leave moonstone mask, tried logging out and in again and now my load screen isnt working right

    Maybe it was trying to disconnect you because the server was going down. But it turns out the disconnect server was down, so it failed.

    Next up:
