Weapons of Earth Slad encounter dont count

Hallo i reach 70 and started doing weapons fo earth but its just trolling me...I have succesfully complete it 12 times (6 times while in party)and only 4 count (2 while solo/pt).I didnt afk a single second and still didnt got the mote while on my GWF even afk on fire pit(weapons of fire) there was no problem..What is going on?All others had no problem getting their motes
"Small note:Most people told me if you have more than 1 of those quest wont count.Did 2 crab runs for water type on GWF and worked fine again...
