Weapons of Earth Slad encounter dont count

Hallo i reach 70 and started doing weapons fo earth but its just trolling me...I have succesfully complete it 12 times (6 times while in party)and only 4 count (2 while solo/pt).I didnt afk a single second and still didnt got the mote while on my GWF even afk on fire pit(weapons of fire) there was no problem..What is going on?
