Missing Companion Items

I hope this is the correct area for this topic. Today I logged in play my CW and noticed that my two companions were both misssing their lesser bonding ruinstones and all the items from the companion helper pack were gone from my inventory. Also, all of my about 1400 Zen Points were missing, yep the balalnce is zero. Has this happened to anyone else?

    hmmm, did you check your bags/bank/enchants? If the items you are missing are unbound and Zen, you might have been hacked :(

    Password has been changed. Billing no help. I have looked at all my characters and every Lesser Bonded Ruinstone is gone and any items left over from Companion Helper Packs are also gone. I guess all I can do is hope Customer Support can figure it out.

    Billing guaranteed me that nothing they can do will impact ingame play or inventories. All they could say was to wait for CS to look at it and try to fix it.

    Also, change your email password and run a virus scan. If someone compromised your account, they would have had to be able to intercept the new computer verification email for the code. Unless you fix the breach, they will just do it again.
