back after a year need some info on the new gear

hello everyone im back after a year and as i found out my old purple gear and golden dragon wep isnt as amazing as it use to be . i hit 70 now and would like to know what the new best armor sets and weapon sets are for cw, also would like to know if my old owlbear belt is still great please let me know not only the best sets but what u think what gear i might have to get to be able to obtain those gears too please since i was gone so long i have almost no friends left so i could really use some guidance thank you all who take the time to help out (if you need my build i think im re rolling that renegade build up top of fourms seems to have the best reviews for pvp +pve) and at the moment im using mostly blues i picked from questing to 70

    I think the best person to answer this for you would be @ironzerg79. He still has the very best CW build there is.

    One note, if you had High Vizier, DO NOT SALVAGE IT. Save it, it's still magic in the right party/situation....
