PVP Healers & the unbalanced nature of this game.

Something has to be wrong. I've hit lvl 19 (first toon). I'm a PVP'er that's come over from SWTOR, WoW, Rift & EQ2. In all those games, I'd say I rate myself as a pretty good healer. I love what I do :)

So I'm the top of my PVP bracket (10-19), you would think I could heal a damned thing. But alas, no. I run around dribbling these tiny heals and splash heals that do pretty much nothing, and I'm getting one / two hit by players who run past me without even stopping to take a breath.

I'm the kind of player that if I enjoy a game, I sink plenty of funds into the thing...already started on this game with buying the currency.

But this is outright bad. In SWTOR, you can certainly get ganked, but everything is relatively balanced, and a healer can hold their own. In this game, you sit on a node praying the opposition doesn't come & find you. What a joke. I'm at the point where I might get a few assists, might capture a node, but end up getting no rewards.

Is the game literally THIS bad and unbalanced in PVP? Worst of every single game I have played.

    It's your first toon and your level 19 you haven't even hit level 70 what do you expect to be a pro right at the start? You have to know where to put your stats for pvp what power and encounters to use you have to know the other classes weak points... Practice makes perfect

    The likely problem with you being killed so easily is that people can and do use full sets of end-game BiS enchants on their level 10 characters, making them vastly overpowered. Cryptic's oddly never seen this as a problem - they separate PVP into level tiers, limit gear by level, but let people stick in stuff that would cost 100s of millions of AD on their twinks.

    Pvp isn't balanced around low levels in most mmos. This is because base skills become extremely potent at higher levels with stat scaling. It's there when you level as a diversion, though twinks mainly ruin this. Hit 70 and get some gear /enchants and you will notice a huge difference
