Well, it's not the first time I see a GWF with 2k recovery and 13 INT getting +70% recharge speed :| AFAIK, a GWF receive recharge speed bonus from INT ability and recovery stat, so, taking that as example, 13 INT will give you 3% RS and 2k recovery will give you 10% = 13% in total. Well, some of the GWFs, with similar stats, are getting more than 70% recharge speed. And no, it's, apparently, not a temp buff or something like that :o Any thoughts?

If I remember correctly, t.neg. gives something like 30% recharge speed, too.
Chars: CW, DC, GF, GWF, HR and TR.

Negation gives 10% additional recovery not recharge speed

    research a little the class.

Wouldn't call this a totally normal behavior and that's why I asked. I have GWF myself, I know that feat but never tried it, didn't thought that recharge speed will appear in char sheet too. You explanation was very clear and thanks for that, but don't be so smarty ;)

And that's exactly what I did prior to coming here, I've asked one of those GWFs. Wanna know what he/she said? "lol, dunno". That's why I created a new topic.
As for TRs impossible to catch, etc. those raised stats appear in char sheet after you use that power for a limited time. This GWFs feat, on the other hand, always appear in char sheet even when you are standing there doing nothing and even if you don't have them (encounters) slotted.

That's because the devs turned this game's PvP into something where all a player need to do is gear up and use specific FOTModule, overperforming, enchants and sets.
So basically most players that later act as strong "BiS" PvPers are nothing more than average players with no real knowledge of their class, that bought the gear, bought the broken enchants/ sets, and used a META build they simply copied by the real "BiS" players (the ones who actually test stuff and find out what gear and build is the best).

Example: guy gets T.Fey, T.Neg, eLoL set, rank 12's, mythic artifacts, legendary weapon set and belt-neck, copies Icydrake speed demon build and goes PvP. Boom. BiS player. Then you ask him why his recharge time is so high and he replies "lol, dunno".

Now, i'm not saying every player should test as much as BiS guys do, or know the math. But, at least, investigate a bit their class and get to know the mechanics and feats a bit more deeply...yes.
Problem is, it's not really needed. Cause with the right gear and meta build, buying your way up to BiS level (if the guy got lots of money to throw into the game), you still stomp 90% of the playerbase.
