Equipment for yeti

Currently running a GWF and trying to use the Yeti Companion. Got him to Epic and 3 greater bonding runestones on him. Saving up to get him to Legendary and upgrade the runestones to perfect but not sure what gear would be best to equip him with.

Would it be personalised belts and neck?

    Personalised, yes.
  • Slot Azures in offense and Radiants in defense, assuming your running the GWF crit build.

Personalized is still best until we get the fricken Loyal Companion Gear PC has had for a long time. Would be really nice if they finally gave that to us! Cough cough hint hint Arc!

Do not slot Radiant, non augment pets do not transfer HP at all by using bonding stones.

When switching away from Ioun Stones, remember to keep passive things you need all the time (like 60% Resistance Ignored) on your gear and then dmg bonuses like crit, power, stacked as high as you can on companion

You will benefit much better this way, if it means slotting a couple darks on gear until you get new armor to give you RI

Ohh and you might be interested in "Band of Loathing" almost 800 crit on a ring and a offense gem. I wouldnt be fussed about getting defense slots. Min maxing is your best friend

Unfortunately the Yeti has 2 neck slots and 1 belt slot so no ring. :(

I have 2 band of loathing so I was hoping to use those as well.

Oic i wasnt aware of that, ya not sure. Just take into consideration what you want passively (on character) and what you want buffs of (on companion)
