Accidently transmuted wrong weapon.

Hello,

My friend made this terrible mistake late at night.
He wanted to change the skin of his main hand into something else.
But instead he accidently transmuted it the wrong way.
So his transmute skin is changed into his artifact weapon which supposed to be the other way.
Now he lost his transcendant vorpal + 2 r12's enchantments and his main hand.

So is there anyway to get this back?

im always worried if this can happen to me when i transmuted my weapon or other stuff,
    glad nothing worse happen jet-

So, all i know is your friend have have to write a support ticket,
there he should describe what happened as exactly as he can and if possible with screenshots @handle,

The Dev's already brought some lost stuff back from other players for example discarded items/ mistaken deleted items,
Your friend will need a lot of patients and have to wait probably long for... and of course a lot of luck if the devs listen or not.

Tip 1: never transmute anything, either way, with enchants in it. It shouldn't eat them, but you never know. I wouldn't even suggest upgrading an item with enchants in it even....hell even changing the appearance might be a good reason to remove them.
Tip 2: It states rather clearly which item will be destroyed...cant recall if it is when you drop it in or when you click transmute, but it is clear. An over abundance of "confirm" windows sometimes gets people click happy and they miss it though.
Tip 3: Customer Support will typically roll back your account 1 time.....make it count. They are not likely to do it again.

Well, now you got a fugly weapon with crappy stats - good for you, makes it easy to not hold onto it...

...good luck with support. Asked nicely, they might help.

Send a ticket in to customer service. Let them know approximately what time it happened, and see if they can do anything.
