Full heal build

I've just managed to get my DC to lvl 70. Ilvl is currently 1680 but still to get my artifact main hand. I've gone for full heals (middle feats tree) and dont really want to respect to haste or DPS either.

For the time being I'm going to buy the Alliance T1 gear.

I'm struggling to find a decent build guide. Any suggestions on what gear (neck, waste etc). Also artifacts and companions.

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated. I've checked mmominds and not found much in the way of mod 7 builds.

1. Contrary to common belief, there is no such thing as a haste cleric. Haste is not more than one feat requiring 15 points in the Virtuous tree (top one) and can be used in both, Virtuous and also in Faithful builds.
In addition to that, if you are planing to PuG alot, Paladins are the way more common tanks these days than Guardian Fighters, so no matter if you go Virtuous or Faithful, having haste in your build is a plus. Not only with Paladins, anyone benefits off the AP boost.

2. Both, the Virtuous and the Faithful path are FULL heal. Only difference between the two is, that Virtuous heals over time (HoT) and Faithful has direct heals (clutch heals).
