Channel divinity not working.

I created a new DC, got it to L10, and found the channel divinity spells not working.
Punishingg Light is not on the bar, and cannot be dragged.
Soothingg Light is on the bar, but cannot be used.
The normal at-will works, just not when i want to heal in divine mode.

My character: Healing Buddha@wankokwai

When you 'TAB' into divinity mode, you should notice the icons for your at-wills change automatically to Punishing/Soothing light. These are used by pushing _and holding_ the at-will buttons. They stream damage or healing as they drain your divinity.

If you have no divinity stored up, they do nothing...which takes some getting used to...being in divinity mode with no divinity is effectively being disabled.

When i 'tab' into divinity mode, the new icons did not appear. The 3 slots are 'blank/empty'.

My divinity-energy 3-stars are fully.

This is my 2nd DC, i already have a L70 DC.

In conclusion, I still need help to solve this. tyvm.
I probably need Dev to place the 'channel-divinity' icon to its slot.
(it supposed to be auto-placed at L10).

Ok, so your tab mechanism didn't unlock at 10. I've seen threads for other classes where this happened, sometimes leveling to 11 will unlock it.

So try leveling again. If it still doesn't unlock, you have two choices:
-- File a Support Ticket in game, explaining the situation clearly (no one reading this forum can fix this)
-- Re-roll. You're only level 10, so you've lost maybe an hour or so of time. This is double-xp weekend, so you'll catch up quick.
