Crash to desktop when Vorpal is equipped

So after today's patch (Nov 24th) I can't log in on one of my characters without crashing. After much tinkering around, logging in from another computer etc, I have determined that it's specifically my Vorpal enchant that's causing the crash. If I take the vorpal out, I can use the character and log in on it from my gaming pc, but if I then try to equip the vorpal again, I crash to desktop again.

Both PCs are running Windows 10, but my gaming PC is using an AMD Radeon HD 5800 series. I've tried with game settings on high, and also lowered them to minimum (still crashes), and it happens with both DX9 and DX11.

They seriously broke something on the graphics end today. Powers and effects are doing the same thing to many people.
