Rarely when using the maelstrom of chaos daily, the AP UI will not reset to empty and you'll think you have enough AP to cast a daily [Daily icons remain lit]. This is very confusing since you also don't know if you have enough AP to use the daily again.

Are you getting this issue while playing solo, or only in large groups?

If I'm running dragon heralds with 30+ players, especially with people using lag-inducing powers such as Prism, I often get UI lag -- so you can't tell if you've actually fired off a power or not. It is not limited to any particular class or daily power.
