Demogorgon: How to get there.

So I went to mantol dareth (sorry about the spelling) at 8:55 pm. went up to the spot on the map that says "hunt for Demogorgon" and wait until 9:05. The quest says it only comes up at the top of the hour, which I was there waiting for it to open up. Am I doing something wrong? How do I get to the instance to start the fight??

    Apparently Mantol Dareth is one of those places that has an half hour difference in time zone, the top of the hour in there is actually the half hour.

    Cuteness aside it is on the half hour.
