Gas spore Regen doesnt work?

Ran a few tests with a gas spore on a GWF.
With 25.1% stam regen base (str 16% + stat 9.1%) I regenerated full stamina in about 17 seconds after finishing my sprint.
With 25% base stamina regen + Gas spore (20% more) I regenerated my full stamina in about 16.5 seconds.
With room for error. this would potentially mean that either gas spore's regen is extremely bad(20% bonus of your existing regen stat) or doesnt work as intended / at all
Please look into this. if it's a localized issue for SW/GWF it needs to be fixed.
