Leatherworking tasks.

In the quest " Making the round" there is a task " Deliver Leather Armor to the Artisan ".
I brang every kind of leather armor and it's never valid.

Wich Leather Armor shall i bring?

    Almost nobody can get it because their guilds are not ranked high enough.

    I think I would be in better shape if I actually understand/see/experience what "Deliver Leather Armor to the Artisan" is. :(
