Did difficulty increase again after the Double Refinement weekend?

Maybe it's just my impressions with my group, but Venfithar seems to be doing a lot more damage suddenly and even some of the Dread Ring daily Lair bosses seem to be hitting harder. Anyone else notice the same thing, or are we just hallucinating?
