Bug in the Demonic Inchor weekly Limit?

Well, I played for a while the Underdark, until I realized that the amount of Demonic Inchor rises less than the amount limit that I have ... does anyone know if it is related to a bug in opening the chest and not get the reward?

Someone have the same problem too?
