Bug wit invokation and event of gond did not get adittional gift

hi if i look at the invokeing rewards i see a mechanical pack as aditional gift. But i did not get this pack when i do the invoke.
Iam on xbox is this another error?

I'm having a issue of not being to invoke at all? When I stand near the campfire it shows that I am able to invoke but when I press the LB the symbol is blacked out. It will still do the invoking but no rewards pop up and I am able to do this over and over again back to back and still not receive anything. This means I'm losing my one Ardent coin per day and rough Astral diamonds also

I have the same problem, i stand in the camp fire and it wont do the invoking. The lady at Protectors Enclave never taught me the ways to invoke and still wont. Im lv 70 and she tells me to come back at a higher level? i did finish the Quest CK .
