texture load lag

since the underdark patch. textures are loading very slow. i can move around. but get huge chunks of the map as pastel colored boxes while waiting for the texture to appear.

I get the textures missing and it looks like my characters are either running in the air or it looks like the textures build from the lowest layer up. It happens a lot in Protector's Enclave but I seen it else where also. Where ever there is supposed to be water I see nothing there. Sometimes I see lower layers of the geography there. In Icespire it doesn't show the bottom part of the giant axe handle used as a bridge to cross the chasm. I've tired waing for it all to clear up and display right but I am still waiting 5 to 8 minutes without any significant change. Don't even let me start in when playerss mounts don't show and they are riding an invisible mount.
