Should VIP 10% bonus apply to weekly quest AD reward?

I think it had 10% VIP bonus before mod 8. At the moment, it does not. I get 10% for invocation, salvage, dungeon, ... but not the weekly quest.

    It "should" imo, but it has never applied; I've always only gotten the stated amount (3k AD). It's possibly a bug. I suppose it's worth putting in a bug report.
