What do YOU do after that?

I know that there are many things I can still do, but I want it to be somewhat cohesive, and not just me randomly doing things.

Do the Elemental Evil quests. They'll get you up to roughly level 67 or 68. And then after that, it's just grinding.

As already mentioned, start the Elemental Evil quest lines. Party with Minsc and his hamster, Boo. Start the quests in Drowned Shore, and progress from there. Yes, there will be grinding involved as you complete the many, many, many vigilance quests. Be sure to continue the Tyranny of Dragons quests that feeds your first set of boons. Don't worry about gear but be sure to check the auction house every few levels for obvious (and cheap) upgrades. Whatever gear you have in your 60s will be obsoleted as soon as you have access to level 70 gear.

See what you can do about your professions. It's "free" and can be done offline while you quest actively. Jewelcrafting (with the rings) can come in handy at end game. A few rare Alchemy tasks can generate some good AH items. With the mod8 increases to how much AD you get from quests, the economy may be set for some improvement.

Do the elemental evil stuff, by talking to the druid, then Minsc, near the big tree in the middle of Protector's Enclave. I also recommend slotting the highest level azure enchantments you have, into all your utility slots, for extra XP.
