Quests Cool Down Times

Anyone notice how they increased the time between quests in Drowned shore? I started leveling my GWF last night, did my 1st set of 4 quests, looked to get next set.....and it had a 31 minute cool down till the next quests were available. I know Ihave not leveled a toon for about a month or so, but I am pretty sure the timer used to be like 15mins or even 7 mins. I never saw a 31 minute cool down.

Quests change every hour sharp, so the cooldown depends on when you check.

Really? Cause when I was leveling before I could do like 5 groups of 4 quests in an hour. I did this first set at 12am, got done by I think 12:20, then had to wait 31 minutes.

That's weird, I was never able to do 'em that fast. Would've been easier to leave that boring map. LOL.

It is, or was, so easy to level to 66 or 67 in Drowned Shore then move to next instances. Why? Because the quest cool downs were so short, quests were quick, quests were easy, and they were a lot closer together. But now with a 31min cool down, it is going to be virtually impossible to level at all since I can only do 8 quests an hour...total.

Yep, that's the total I was able to do every hour as far as I remember.

Wow, I was doing something like 16 an hour.
