Cupon didn't give its discount

Character: Svehta Whitefire lvl 27 (at that time)
Server: Dragon

1. Log into Svehta's character and play game for a while.
2. Obtain Cupon (20% Off Special Companions).
3. Purchase 2000 ZEN from the ZEN market through the in-game process.
4. Verify that ZEN is in the game by looking at the ZEN ammount. (Yes, it is there)
5. Double click the 20% Off cupon per the instructions on the cupon for use.
6. Browse the Companions to find the one you want.
7. Select the Dread Warrior for 960 ZEN (as listed via cupon)
8. Click the purchase button.

Expected Result: Obtain the Item (Companion) Dread Warrior & have 1,040 ZEN remaining in Bank for further purchases.

Actual Result: Obtained the Item (Companion) Dread Warrior & have 800 ZEN remaining in Bank for further purchases.

Issue Summary: The purchase of the Special Companion "Dread Warrior" using the "20% Off Special Companions" in-game cupon resulted in a deduction of the full price ammount of ZEN (1200 ZEN) from my account without actually applying the cupon price leaving me with only 800 ZEN despite the listing with the cupon being 960 ZEN for the above companion. In short, the cupon didn't give me the discount despite using it as instructed.

Additional Note: I have "Print Screens" of this issue but will not post them until I get my missing ZEN back through Customer Service. I am attempting to create a Ticket but have not been able to get the Support website to work at all yet. I will be continuing to try to create one and will post the screen shots of this issue once it is resolved.

Sounds like you missed a step between 7 and 8.

When you select an item to purchase it always selects the Non-Coupon price.
To get the correct price, one must then select the coupon one wishes to use from the drop down menu.
THEN click Purchase.

(I hear they are working to change that)
