Symbol of Water

Hello. I bought a Symbol of Water, which is an artifact of stability, and was interested in how many refinement points it would be in an artifact of stability. It is not giving the bonus, so I tried in an artifact of power and union, and it gives the bonus to artifacts of power. I was wondering if this a easy fix and can be done before double refinement?

To follow the format if easier.

1. Click an artifact of stability and go to refine.
2. Enter your Symbol of Water artifact. (No bonus)
3. Click an artifact of power and go to refine.
4. Enter your Symbol of Water artifact. (It gives the bonus)

Thanks for your time and hopefully a fix will be easy.

I second this. Bought three for refining sigil which cost me 400,000 AD. Only to find out it did not give bonus
A lot of people I know are having this problem.

I just spent a LOT of real money in order to get a bunch of symbols of water to refine into my artifact of stability. I started off by dropping one symbol of water into another symbol of water. This should give 1,281,900 RP, (2x for double * 5x for stability type), and instead I only got 256,380 RP.

PLEASE HELP I SPENT A LOT OF MONEY ON THIS!
