Just noticed we can change our artifact weapon powers

Just noticed we can change artifact weapon powers but it requires a specific currency. The symbol is what looks like an open silver chest. What is it and how do I get it?

& FYI, u dnt get 2 pick ur new power, its random, & it takes 4 cubes per attempt. Also, the cubes r used 4 the Artifact Stat Increase...once again, its random, & they're also used 2 increase the #...up 2 a max of 400
