arcane reservoir bug?

Anyone else experience this? You open chest at end of arcane reservoir and the greater thaumaturgic stone pops on right side of your screen with the rest of the stuff you get, but you don't get it... Got everything else but that.

    i see it in my journal to get it, but then the chest changes what it gives you.
