Black Ice Smithing Armor Upgrades

In my opinion it is hard enough to get this to Lvl 5, so it should at least be possible to uprade Armor for other Toons on the Account. If this is to easy, make a few quest for each class to unlock.

Just an idea, because if you make a change to proffessions why not add these too.

    Oh.... I did not know this.

    I'm working to get BI crafting up to rank 5 for my main and thought that as the armour for the other characters are bound to account, it would be possible to just drop it off and get the main to upgrade.

    Looks like it's back to grinding (more!) on my alts then...
