GF class feature desperate survival possibly bugged

Not sure if its really a bug or just a display error, but i noticed when i use the class feat desperate survival it increases my deflection chance by 3% in the character overview, which would be correct, i i had the skill on rank1. But i have the skill on rank 4, which should raise the deflection chance by another 3%. But those additional 3% dont appear on the character overview.
