Dungeon AD Reward Issues

Only have one instance of this so far. I just completed (~2 minutes ago) my first dungeon of the day since reset, it was eToS. We took several tries to complete the last boss with one member leaving to try to queue in with a better-geared character. Instead we got a PUG who died quickly and dropped party during the boss fight and was replaced by a new member who watched the four remaining party members complete the boss. Once the fight was over I opened the chest and collected my seals / armor and left only to realize I got 0 AD for completing the dungeon. Not sure what would cause this.

    AD drops automatically into your riches tab - you dont get it from the chest.

    I'm aware of that. I was just adding in the chest bit to comment that it wasn't until long after the fight that I went to refine my RAD and found that I had 0. Thanks for trying, though :(
