Siege Stronghold. Looking at the future, and suggestions to make it last

Hi all. Personally, I have really been enjoying the guild siege strong hold pvp 20 v 20.
However, based on PC, we all know that in there the Queue rarely drops because most strong g uilds already got their currency.
A lot of people there like the even too, but the the guild event doesn't have anything attractive as rewards.
So I was thinking ways to fix that:
Guild leaderboars, just like the domination leaderboars, if your guild is in stronghold, at least a group of your guild your guild gain a win or loss. that would keep the strong pvpers competing.
rewards: well, rough AD, but in higher quantity than domination, even past the pvp cap is reached would really be attractive.
Be able to use the banners for something else, trade for AD bags, or other resources that can be used up or sold in the auction house.

I am sure the devs might have even a better idea.

    The problem with guilds not playing is it makes it impossible for newer players (or those with less time) to earn Lionsmane armor as they can't even get into a match.

    Leaderboards would probably encourage those at the top but not the rest - AD would probably work as everyone always needs AD but it'd have to be worth it - maybe 3-5k per match but I can't really see Cryptic wanting to add a new AD resource seeing as they are on a mission to reduce earnings.

    I would suggest adding a 'View Games' option where gamers can observe guild v guild games and generate interest - with perhaps a quarterly reward for the top 5 guilds to make it extra worth their time.

    This would also provide a learning point for less pro guilds where they can pick up some strategy tips. If they feel better armed they may feel more confident about going in.

    In the end, people do things that earn them currency - a lot of people only get into dungeons, skirmishes and pvp because they are financial resources, some then find they like it and do it for fun.

    I would suggest they change the rule about 'majority guild gets the earnings' in group formations. Players want to represent their guild, not earn for someone elses. To my mind it should be based on individual contribution.
