Please Rebuild Leadership From Scratch

I've been trying to play Neverwinter after taking a few months brake. I'm not gonna go OMG you killed Leadership, or anything like that. I've been reading the forum - I know what's been going on.
As much as it pissed me off when the changes were announced, I can admit it was all for the best. However, Leadership is a mess as it is now. A lot of things feel unjustified and ultimately they make some tasks useless. You can't just remove the AD and be done with it. A lot of adjustments are needed, to the time some tasks take, rewards, assets, whatever ... I'm not a developer, but why would anyone ever pick a task that takes 24h over a task that takes 4h, when they basically give the same reward? Or a task that requires certain assets over one that doesn't, when in the end you get the same thing? Cause of the gold or XP? Nobody does Leadership for gold and XP.
Leadership was specifically made for AD. Without the AD it makes no sense to keep the same tasks.

    devs would suppose to replace them with "greater marks".

    I'd extend this:

    Rebuild all professions. Apart from, maybe, Alchemy...

    Yeah the professions all date back to the game's launch and are completely out of date.

    Even if you take away the fact that Leadership was mostly for AD gain, blue and purple chests are typically dropping stuff worth around 1-2 AD, and it takes 8-12 hours to get it.

    All of the gear stuff is totally useless because it doesn't have slots except for the extremely hard to make rare stuff. When you can buy R5s for 100 AD or less, it makes everything without a slot worthless. You can buy cheap HAMSTER from AH for 25 AD that has a slot and is miles better.

    idea for level and tiers for leadership, these can be discussed by finding a perfect concept for missions/craftings.

    rank 1-3, get grey/white refine stones and marks, rank 4-6 fusions for outgrown grey/white refine stones and marks.
    rank 7, upgrade soldiers/heroes, and upgrade chests/bags.
    new fusions begins at 10, upgrade at 15, 20 and 25.

    fusions are the marks if we have excess stack of specific marks, then fuse them with 5 green marks into a new blue mark of upgraded version we made, at higher ranks, we could fuse 5 more blue marks into a newer purple tier marks.
    higher the tiers, the longer it take to complete.
    fusions cost would be, 5 green marks to 1 blue, 5 blue to 1 purple, and 10 purple to 1 orange (Legendary/Superior), after 25th rank, it would be sealed until new rank added up to 30th rank in future whenever devs decided for next set of upgrades.

    green bags and chests would be different methods,
    bags are for enchants and runes, get rid of those potions and raw materials, we dont need them, seriously, and i will explain that later.
    boxes are for random green marks from green boxes.
    bags should take 3-5 hours depending how bigger the bags are, and "elite" green bags are normally found on rare timer rotations for a chance of getting a shard, but most of the odds will be more common runes and/or enchant gems, so it may take several bags to get a rare shard, just like same chances with coalenscene wards.
    then blue elite bags at higher ranks, better chances than elite green bags of getting a shard, but longer wait times.
    same for "elite" purple bags for even better odds of getting a shard than blue.

    now the "elite" chests on rare timer rotations. same rules as the bags, but we get random marks from chestboxes.
    each chest should yield about 1 to 3 marks randomly, higher the tiers the longer to complete.
    these chests should have some unique materials for example, rarest items like purple items as "Dragon Eggs" or Unified Elemental, and blue chests yield some blue materials. these only on rare timer rotations.

    these "Elite" bags and chests shouldnt have any potions or any consumeables.

    now the standard bags and chests should be on normal tasks, with some junks for potions, kits, and some raw materials.
    the new timers for standard bags and chests
    green 3-6 hours
    blue 6-12 hours
    purple 12-20 hours

    "Elites"
    green 4-8 hours, timer for next repeat projects are to be set by devs, maybe 1 to 3 days wait or a daily.
    blue 8-16 hours, timer set for next round to be set by devs, example 2-3 days wait
    purple 20-24 hours or longer if decided by devs, timer for next round could be 1 week wait.
    also the fusions should be on rare timer rotations instead of normal tasks.

    all the rest of leadership items like Refugees, Catapults, Maps, Gratitue Gems, and "Rods" need a new timer makeovers.
    so i pick refugees for example.

    at lower tiers, heroes saved the refugees for random 1 to 3, at 4-6 hours, the higher the heroes's ranks, they begin to pull few more extras, tier 1 hero are basic, and then tier 2 hero may get modifer of +1, and then tier 3 hero may get +2 refugees saved.
    then on green tier heroes, they get upped by random extra refugees saved by 3-5 more, then blue get by 4-8 more, and then purple tier heroes may get by 6-12, if they add with 2 purple heroes on same task, they get up to 15 refugees but longer timer.

    let players choose mission/task, if they want to get more catapults instead of getting refugees or the maps.

    but it is open for discussion, so what do you think? got better offer, let post it up.
