Level 70 CW Renegade Help with Gear Score

I currently have a gear score around 2200. I am trying to increase it so I am sought after for T2 and above epic dungeons. I current am outfitted in alliance gear, but have trouble getting into groups to do T2 dungeons and move up to elven. What enchantments should I use for Offensive, Defensive and Utility slots? I currently only have 2 artifacts, Horn and Lantern. Should I grab 2 more artifact first? Thank you for your feedback.

Well this isn't the right forum area, but if you are having trouble getting into groups my first suggestion is to find an active Guild that does PvE content. Getting a T2 run together is not that hard for such guilds most times of the day.

I cannot promise I can help with that (depends if we have an empty slot atm), but I can give it a whirl.
