I am not able to connect to the patch server. The launcher hangs at this point.

Anyone else?

    I was in game and got the message "Server not responding". Got booted out and now can't connect either.

    I also get "connection to the login server timed out"
    Can't get to the character select screen

    Edit: set EU proxy in the launcher and seems ok now

    Hmm... started lagging really bad, huge ping spikes. pinged the eu proxy and got a lot of timeouts. Can't connect at all without the proxy.
    Yes, i'm in europe.
