little hint on reducing spam in trade

a tiny suggestion on how to make the spam less in tradechannel only by goldsellers.
people on low levels don't have any use of a tradechannel anyway.
so it could be only allowed to use it when reaching a certain level, or if you have another char that already reached that level.
but it could be way higher than 15
maybe even 50.
that;s a thing for devs to think about if it's any worth hehe.
