queue block broken as hell

I get disconnected from the game during a dom match and then when I log back in I get told I can't participate in any queues for the rest of the hour, costing me my time and the AD I SHOULD HAVE received. Yet at the same time, ppl can repeatedly queue Tiamat and quit early without being blocked from participating in that event for a period of time as a penalty.

I feel ya man, nothing is worse than having a great Domination match only to suddenly drop to the main menu. Then once signed back in you're banned for 30 minutes from participating in another Q. What makes things worse is the fact that when you sign back in you initially sign back into the match before being removed, and the team you were on still has an open slot. Why not just allow us to rejoin in the vacant slot like before, once upon a time.
