Stuck on loading screen

Topic. Other threads on this are gone. The screen I'm stuck on is the one with Neverwinter, Dungeons & Dragons, and the company logos on it. This also happens occasionally with Star Trek Online, and always seems to be related to having higher graphics settings. Thing is, I have a nearly new computer, powerful modern gaming rig with all the latest drivers and such, and it can easily handle the graphics in this game even at maximum. My thinking is that the Launchers used by Perfect World/Arc are buggy and running on old/outdated code, and need to be updated due to the release of Windows 10 and newer drivers being used now. Please fix this ASAP, as I hate having to delete my preferences file every time I want to play a game.

    Well Im having same problems. I quit playing STO because of this, but it seem Neverwinter have the same issue. Can start GW2 in 30 sec., so I think too, it a compatibility problems with window 8 x64 or something. Maybe with multiple core, I run x64 win8 on a quad core.
