Halloween event (masquerade) is bugged- again...

well, we were supposed to get an extra day of the event due to the thing not working properly. But I saw 1 1/2 days of not being able to do it at the start of the event- I couldnt farm until day 2 in the evening- so 1 1/2 days...
and only was supposed to get 1 day back in relief. (wheres our 1/2 day extra that we couldnt farm it??)
-then this morning I got on to finish my tokens to get my Scarecrow- only to loose 1/2 day today to update...
then I realized when I could get on- that its bugged again, like the 1st 2 days, and I have 176 charms and only needed a few more to get the last mask- and get the Scarecrow I have been waiting to aquire since the game came out... and behold- you cant finish it...
I am expecting that when I log on after work to see the sky is dark and the pumpkins are there for the taking- for another day (and1/2) to make sure that you give us players the amount of "playabe" time in the event - like promissed at the start...
-I for one do NOT want to hear " wait til next year " on this one guys...

    Wait till next year...

    Or! You'll have to resort to buying your missing mask at the AH.

    well, lets see if they handle this correctly- or not first...
    I heard that there is an artifact that you can get on PC version of the Masquerade- why not on Xbox- if we are supposed to be evening up... I also heard that PC got a purple companion 1st year/ we get neither of them...??

    They said a one day extension and that's what they gave.

    You heard partially wrong. First year a companion was shown in the blog as purple, but was green when awarded. Caused many complaints. There was an artifact, this year.

    There would be even more complaints if we had all the rewards as PC. ON PC, players only need to go after the rewards they did not previously get. On Xbox, players would "want it all" and it would be impossible to earn enough event currency to do it. So, even more complaints about events being a "money grab". It was the same way with the summer festival and will likely be the same for the Winter Festival. We will get the first or second year rewards tier, while PC will get get a 3rd tier.

    makes sense- I guess, but then it shouldnt say it- if we cant have it...
    it makes for alot of unnecesary confusion
    but:

    we lost 1 1/2 days to a bug, never got it back...
    was supposed to on following day, but due to update it was alot shorter than a day
    -and it was actually bugged- AGAIN-so we NEVER actually got back that day (realy 1 1/2 days)
    lookin real good guys...
    just take away my 4 masks in my shared bank, and take the 176 ans 188 treats that I accumilated waiting to be able to finish, and give me the scarecrow that I earned... almost
    but not by my hand, but yours- I tried.... did you???
