Can't even start a character

I'm new, just trying Neverwinter. Problem is, I can't even create a character. The next button and a button wanting me to pay real money to buy some pack are overlapping, and I can't continue to the next screen. As you can see in the screen below, there is no possible way for me to even start the game until this bug is fixed.

    Moon elves are one of the premium races. You have to buy the Knight of the Feywild pack to unlock them. Pick another race. The locked ones are the Moon Elf, the 2 Dragonborn, and the Menzoberranzan Renegade (drow type).
