Where can a cleric get a nice transmute for a helmet?

My DC has a new helmet with good stats but it's ugly. Are there areas that can be farmed for helmet transmutes? How does one obtain a transmuteable helmet? I

    The big problem was that my dwarf lost his beard when he wore the elven helmet. I ended up just disabling the visual and he now runs around helmetless with his beard flowing. I found a helmet that I could transmute but i don't want to pay the 35K AD transmute fee. The Summer Festival has a free transmute helmet so I might keep an eye out for a free transmute helmet.
