I have no idea how it works, i used it for the very first time in tiamat and i saw TONS of numbers, please HELP

Hunter's Teamwork reduces the enemy's damage and is supposed to restore some health and stamina when the target is killed, although I only pay attention to the first ability.

you apply carefull attack and each seconds it ticks for damage. if more allies are attacking the same target it will tick once for allies once for second. thats why you should never use it in highly populated instances like tiamat or dragon runs.
20-40 players attacking the same enemy, means 20-40 ticks each seconds...that slow up the server calculation quite a bit giving a strong sense of big lag.

Once per person hitting the target per second. So as he was saying if 40 people are targeting it it will proc 40 ticks a second. In theory it should be a great dmg skill, allowing us to tag targets for group vaping. The server chocking is the issue.
Ive never had the server choke with CA. Not with Heralds, not in tiamat. Are you some of the folks that still blame astral seal for server slowdown and lag? Troubleshoot a bit more before you jump to conclusions.
