Keep queing into dungeon but not part of the team

Anyone know how or why this is happening?

On one toon everything is fine, I que up for a dungeon or skirmish and join, spawn in and am part of the team. Switch to the other toon and do the same thing but everytime I spawn in im not in the team. I don't get kicked from the run or anything, cant leave team.

Anyone have any idea how to fix this? I've already tried completely logging out and back in, have switch between the 2 toons many times, still having the problem.

Edit: this is the first time I've run into this problem in the entire time playing the game. Did not have this problem yesterday.

ok, so I made a team while sitting in PE then left the team and then queued for a dungeon and now everythings working right. So either doing that fixed the issue or it just magically sorted itself out.
