quest - hidden mines in blackdagger ruins, at lvl 22, possibly bugged

running this quest, got to the last boss, noticed my healer companion was 'disappearing', and upon damaging the boss, at about 50% he was also completely disappearing. Rerunning the quest repeated the problems, despite relogging etc. Is this a bug, my game checks as clean upon verify ... curious, but I also noticed the swords for everyone quest was flagging as bugged, and wondering if this is similar. Up until this point my levelling appeared perfect.

needless to say, I cannot complete the quest, which stops my progress atm - all feedback appreciated

I am getting the same problem since last night, an managed to finish off removing the companion. Drove me nuts not even want to give up.

I found the same but walked back to the entrance and found/ killed the boss there.

Not sure if its related, but there seems to be a few places where mobs attack and then disappear. Just like in Swords for Everyone quest.
