Hi,
I have a character (a very old one) who is not getting the Lore of Liards quests.
I have been talking with the NW Legit Community and they told me that is one time quest path, so I'm just posting it just in case this one time quest path was not intended and it's a bug because you should get every year.
If it's WAI (one time quest path) it's all fine then
