"GameClient.exe" not responding

Keep getting this error message at the loading screen. Have tried unchecking patch on demand and force verifying. Game seems to run fine in safe mode only though. Any other suggestions? Thanks

    Have you performed a reinstallation? can it be there are old files here and there?

    I am having the same problem...it gets past cryptic on to the neverwinter screen and stops responding..ive reinstalled the game twice and same issue. All i get is gameclient.exe stopped responding. by the way all my drivers are up to date.

    Mmm, when I still had patch-on-demand on, I used to have huge loading times as well as this type of crashes.
    Do you have it switched off?
