Mod 8 DC Bug: Prophecy of Doom doesn't instantly recharge

Yesterday I noticed this bug during one of the new skirmishes. To confirm it's not only a bug when fighting demons I did another test in Spinward Rise today.
According to the tooltip the power should instantly recharge if a target affected by Prophecy of Doom dies while the debuff is active. This is working correctly on Live but not on Preview.
I also checked if there's a difference between normal and empowered version but both are showing this bug.
